If you like to solve cryptograms this is the site for you. We compile cryptograms, offer a new one every day and provide an interactive screen for solving it. We also offer an interactive page for solving archived cryptograms. We have 6039 to choose from as of Monday May 21, 2012.

We have a free subscription service that will email you a new cryptogram daily or weekly as you wish. No long form to fill out, just your email address.

    Check out the new "Print" page. You can now resize the cryptogram before printing. Also check out the updated tutorial.

    Check out the new features on the "Today" tab. You can now resize the cryptogram for easier reading. You can also type in the letters instead of just using the mouse. (Don't worry the old way still works too; just disable the boxes)

    You can check the frequency of letter usage and search by author, date range or keyword.

  • iPhone

    You can now solve the cryptograms on your iPhone with Safari. Just point to http://www.dailycrypto.com/iphone

  • Missing Email?

    We do not stop sending cryptograms without instructions to do so. If your cryptograms stop being delivered you should check with your isp as it is likely they have misconfigured a spam filter.

  • Check your Quota

    A frequent reason for failed delivery is your account is over quota so check that if you are missing mail.
